OOIDA offers three occupational accident plan limits for Owner-Operators or drivers who are not required by law to carry statutory Workers' Compensation. These plans offer coverage for accidental medical, accidental dental expenses, disability income, and accidental death and dismemberment as well as benefits for travel assistance and identity theft resolution services. These plans also offer limited medical, dental and life benefits for non-occupational accidents. We have one plan exclusively for Texas residents.

- Hazardous (nuclear or other) material or waste
- Logging and Lumbering
- Moving and Storage
- Sand, gravel or any type of aggregate material (includes dump operations)
